# Green Tree Liquidity Policy
## Version 2.0.0

## 1. Purpose

This policy defines Green Tree's public liquidity targets as cumulative realized project proceeds increase.

## 2. Thresholds

| Cumulative realized proceeds | Target cumulative liquidity contribution |
|---:|---:|
| USD 50,000 | up to 18% |
| USD 100,000 | up to 22% |
| USD 200,000 | up to 32% |

The percentages are cumulative targets, not additive percentages.

## 3. Execution

Liquidity actions are executed through the official Green Tree treasury-control process. Each material action should publish:

- threshold reached;
- cumulative realized proceeds used for the calculation;
- applicable target percentage;
- amount and assets added;
- pool or route;
- transaction reference;
- execution date.

## 4. Limitations

This policy does not guarantee a token price, price floor, buyback, trading volume, or permanent liquidity value. Market conditions and available proceeds may affect the timing and size of individual actions.
