# Green Tree Environmental Mission Policy

## 1. Annual Commitment

Green Tree intends to organize more than ten substantial environmental missions per year.

The annual target applies to missions that enter verified execution. Publicity alone does not qualify as a completed mission.

## 2. Mission Standard

A mission should include:

- a defined environmental problem;
- a specified location;
- an identified executor or local partner;
- legal and operational feasibility;
- a documented budget;
- measurable outputs;
- an evidence plan;
- a timeline and milestones;
- a final public report.

## 3. Possible Mission Areas

Missions may address reforestation, ecosystem restoration, biodiversity, waste removal, water protection, habitat support, environmental education tied to measurable action, or other verifiable environmental needs.

## 4. Verification

The project should collect evidence appropriate to each mission, which may include permits, partner documents, geolocation, photographs, video, receipts, invoices, milestones, independent confirmations, and measurable completion data.

## 5. Payments

Mission payments should be staged where practical and approved through the official treasury-control process. Full payment in advance should be exceptional and documented.

## 6. Reporting

Each mission page on https://gtree.land should publish:

- proposal and location;
- executor and verification status;
- approved budget;
- payments and transaction references;
- progress evidence;
- final expenditure;
- measurable outputs;
- final status: completed, partially completed, delayed, suspended, cancelled, or failed.
