# Green Tree Constitution
## Version 2.0.0

## Preamble

This Constitution defines the durable principles of Green Tree. It guides project operations, treasury decisions, market conduct, environmental missions, future products, and public reporting.

## Principle I - Fixed Supply

GTREE has a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. The complete supply is minted once. Mint Authority is permanently revoked after the allocation is verified.

## Principle II - Free Ownership

GTREE is freely transferable from launch. Green Tree does not impose a buyer lock, transfer lock, vesting schedule, staged release, claim period, or administrator seizure of ordinary user balances.

## Principle III - One Public Market

The Green Tree website must not maintain a private token price that differs from the public decentralized market. Website acquisition must use a market-derived quote and a user-signed transaction.

## Principle IV - No Guaranteed Price

Green Tree does not guarantee price appreciation, a price floor, a buyback, a return, or permanent liquidity. Market price is determined by public trading and available liquidity.

## Principle V - Shared Treasury Control

Material treasury actions require the official Squads 2-of-2 control structure. Founder wallets, treasury addresses, and authority roles must remain publicly distinguishable.

## Principle VI - Liquidity Must Be Reported

Liquidity contributions triggered by the USD 50,000, USD 100,000, and USD 200,000 thresholds must be publicly reported with the applicable cumulative target and transaction references.

## Principle VII - Nature Is a Responsibility

Green Tree intends to conduct more than ten substantial environmental missions per year. Environmental language must be supported by real planning, local execution capacity, evidence, and final reporting.

## Principle VIII - Verification Before Celebration

A mission is not complete because it was announced. Completion requires documented execution and a public outcome report. Failed or delayed missions must not be disguised as successful missions.

## Principle IX - Material Changes Must Be Versioned

Material changes to supply, authorities, liquidity policy, treasury control, market integration, or environmental commitments must receive a new document version and a clear change summary.

## Principle X - No Retroactive Restriction

A future module must not silently impose a new lock, vesting schedule, seizure right, or transfer restriction on GTREE already held by users.

## Principle XI - Security Is Not Optional

Private keys, seed phrases, and sensitive infrastructure must never be published. Transparency requires public accountability, not careless exposure of security material.

## Principle XII - People Give Technology Meaning

The purpose of Green Tree is not only to create transactions. It is to build an ecosystem in which an open digital market, a responsible community, and verifiable environmental work can grow together.
